Attorney

I am a licensed attorney barred in the State of Georgia at the State, Appellate, and Supreme Court level. I take pride in being an advocate for others. I was born and raised in Atlanta Metro Area and graduated from Dunwoody High School. I received a bachelor's degree in criminal justice with a minor in political science from Jackson State University and then later received my Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.


From an early age, I knew that whatever profession I chose, would be one that enabled me to help others.

Selena Perez

Paralegal

Selena uses her personal and professional experiences to welcome clients to our firm. Selena has over five years’ experience exclusively in criminal law and joined The Fells Firm in March of 2019. Selena uses her considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience to help families in need by providing detailed support to Attorney Fells and her clients. From complex to simple cases, she is involved from beginning to end. Selena assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. She also maintains all document production and the client case file and is integral in preparing for case evaluations, hearings, and trials. 

Selena loves being able to help those in need and advocating for those with a lesser voice. 

 

A true native of Atlanta, Selena enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, spending time with her family and friends, and taking trips to the beach.

Kai Thompson, Esq.

Of Counsel

Kai Thompson is a Florida native with Georgia roots.


With licenses to practice law in Georgia, Florida, and Washington D.C., Kai is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience handling a wide range of cases, including personal injury car accidents, slip and fall accidents, first-party insurance claims, premises liability, and 1983 Civil Rights violation claims.


Kai prides himself on his ability to litigate cases that other attorneys consider practically impossible. He has negotiated millions of dollars in settlements and really cares about getting justice for his clients. He is proud to be a member of Kappa Alpha Psi incorporated and a Graduate of Florida State University (Go Noles). He is proud to be a member of Kappa Alpha Psi incorporated and a Graduate of Florida State University (Go Noles). He later received his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University knowing he would later use his innate passion and art of persuasion to advocate for others. That same advocacy is one of the many reasons he works so well with The Fells Firm.

Brandon Morales

Legal Assistant

Brandon is an excellent team player with sharp attention to detail. He plays a crucial role in supporting The Fells Firm's clients with their advocacy needs.


He is a native of Atlanta and an honors graduate of Georgia State University, where he received his bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in legal studies. He helps with scheduling, filing motions, case management, and acts as a liaison between the attorneys and client communications.


Brandon has a strong sense of community and is passionate about helping those who need it most. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with his family and his dog YAMS. Brandon one day aspires to practice law himself.
